Online shop returns policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied please follow these guidelines.
Please return your unwanted items to us within 28 days of purchase in perfect unused condition in the original shipping container and we will give you a full refund or exchange.
If your item(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately.
Postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
We recommend that you return goods using a courier. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.
On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged if goods are in re-sellable condition.
Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be despatched within 10 working days.
Wymar Images uses Paypal to process your payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Your information resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Paypal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

Wholesale prices
If you would like to discuss our trade prices please contact us here. If you are not an existing Wymar customer, we will need to verify that you are a business before dispatching any order. You will need to fill out a Credit Account Application Form prior to receiving deliveries ‘on account’.
Terms of Trading
- First orders pro-forma or COD
- All trade prices are subject to VAT
- Minimum order value is £35
- Postage & packing charged at £7 to UK mainland
- Orders over £100 nett are carriage free
- Standard delivery is one week from receipt of order.
- Title of goods shall not pass to customer until payment has been received in full.
- Prices charged are those ruling at time of dispatch. (E&EO)
Order Forms
Order forms are available for those who prefer to use them. Should you wish to order on-line, we will be happy to send you a personal order code. Please contact us for details.
The trading name of the business is ‘Wymar Images’. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Wymar Images’. Account details available on request for BACS payments.
Commissioned photography
Due to the specialist nature of commissioned photography it is costed on a per job basis.
Prices include time for the agreed period and dispatch of unsorted images by CD or email within five working days. Delivery within 24 hours is available. Other expenses, including travel, image sorting/captioning, editorial and image post processing, will be charged separately.
Various copyright models exist dependent on usage. See quote or ask for further details. All work is copyright Wymar Images or Paul Leach unless stated or agreed otherwise. All other copyright is preserved. Copyright is not transferred unless confirmed in writing and until payment is received in full.
