Getting Started

We've created a range of greeting cards that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope that you'll find using our website easy simple and convenient. You can trust Wymar Images to make your shopping with us enjoyable and secure. Your privacy and security is important to us. These features will help make your shopping experience even easier.
  • Home Page Link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking the Wymar logo at the top left  of every screen.
  • Navigation Bar:The names on the navigation bar near the top of the screen are the categories of our online shop. Clicking on one of these names will take you to a new page that contains all the products within that category.
  • Search box: The search box is always on the top right-hand side of your screen. You can search by key words or product name. We have also included a number of related keywords to help you find cards with a certain theme or suggestions for particular occasions.
  • Your basket: The number of items in your basket can always be seen at the top of the screen. To see what you have in your basket, just click your cursor on the “My cart” link. You can also remove items in that viewing panel by clicking the dustbin icon or change quantities by clicking on "Go to shopping Cart".

Shipping & Delivery

Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch unless an authorised trade account has been opened.
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class. Fully-paid orders that have cleared processing by 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays. Please allow at least one week for delivery during busy periods (pre-Christmas period).
Collecting & Using Information
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we promise never to disclose your personal details to any external company for mailing or marketing purposes.

When you make a purchase from our website, we collect personally identifiable information from you during the checkout process. (For example: your name, address, telephone, email address, and credit card details). All such information is held on secure servers. Wymar Images complies with all applicable Data Protection legislation and we treat your personal information as fully confidential.
In order to offer you the most efficient service, credit card transactions and order fulfilment is handled by reputable third-party banking and distribution organisations. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise you card payment and to process your order. All such organisations are under a strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

Transactional Security
We understand how important it is to you that any information that you provide is stored securely. Wymar Images maintains the highest levels of security. Our site utilises high-level SSL encryption technology and advanced security software for processing your online transactions. You can confident that the security and privacy of your payment and personal details is taken very seriously.

Phishing
Phishing is the act of tricking someone into giving confidential information. One example is sending an email falsely claiming to be a legitimate company, in an attempt to get the user to send private information that could then be used for fraud or identity theft. We will never ask you to send personal details via email. Should we require such details we will ask you to telephone us. If you get an email claiming to be from The Cook & Bakeware Company asking for details of this kind, please do not respond but do let us know.

Delivery, Pricing & Times

All orders are delivered free to UK mainland. If you wish to enquire about delivery to areas other than UK mainland please contacts us.
We have a minimum order value of £8.00.
We pride ourselves on our service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. If for some reason your order doesn't arrive within 10 working days please contact us.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. Unfortunately, because carriage is a direct cost we cannot refund and carriage charges. It would be really helpful if you could call us on 01924 806056 first, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to send a product back to us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We currently accept online payments via Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account and you can use a variety of credit cards. We currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks only.

A few important details that you should know

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • authorisation of your payment failed
  • we made a pricing or product description error
  • you're not eligible to place an order.
  • If there are any problems with an order, we'll give you a call.

    If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is dispatched.

    To cancel your order, please contact us.

    We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

    Your log in details are exclusive to you. You must be treat them as strictly confidential at all times. If you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, you should contact us.


The small print
The price you pay is the advertised price at the time we receive your order including any promotional discounts currently valid at that time..
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£). We are not VAT registered.
It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of changes in the scope of VAT thresholds or rates. You're entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Viewing Orders

If you have setup an account with Wymar Images, simply navigate to the login page and enter your username and password. From there you can view the status of your order(s) along with any additional relevant information. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have been dispatched.

Commonly used order statuses include:

  • Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
  • Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment  We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
  • Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected.

Updating Account Information

If you want to change or update your account information (including your email address, password, communication preferences or delivery addresses) simply click on my account at the top right of the screen. Then simply enter your email address and password a dn you will be able to change the details you originally saved.
If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter, select newsletter subscritions from the left menu and either tick or untick the general subscription box. Click "save" to action your changes.
